Hatha Yoga

Breath based practice linking breath with movement. Traditional yoga poses to strengthen and enhance flexibility. A great class for beginners.


Discover this beautiful practice of postures and breathing exercises, designed to work your core muscles with an emphasis on the abdominals. Learn new, interesting and challenging sequences in this beginner- to intermediate-level, quick paced, energizing practice that will tone your body and provide stretching, strengthening and cardio in about 70 minutes.


The ancient Chinese practices of tai chi and qi gong (pronounced CHEE-gung) combine slow, deliberate movements, meditation, and breathing exercises. The low-impact moving meditations include standing and balancing. Although qi gong and tai chi are excellent fitness activities for beginners and people with health conditions, elite athletes also benefit from doing the slow movements, because everyone needs better balance and muscle control.


Rejuvenate the body with this slower paced class. Allow for deep stretching and pranayama (breath) to heal areas of the body in need. Hold poses for longer periods of time and use props to allow for comfortable and proper stretching. Release tension in the body leave feeling restored.

Restorative Zen

Quieting, supportive, deeply nourishing practice. Calms & restores the nervous system inducing the relaxation response. Use props such as blankets and bolsters to support postures, surrender and release deeply held tension in the body and mind. This class is infused with aromatherapy, guided relaxation, breath awareness,and gentle movements. Stretch & Restore

This 60-minute class is for anyone who would like to increase their flexibility and range of motion. You will learn how to safely stretch your legs, hips, shoulders, and back while building the muscle and balance needed to use your flexibility.
